Dispense the labware in the agar dispenser.

1.Manually switch Valve-2 to the DP/CIP position, leaving the rest of the valves unchanged.

2.Use the handheld tool to grip an empty petri dish plate from the empty plate stack.

3.Move the handheld tool to the Lidpark, trigger the proximity switch, and the vacuum suction cup will attach to the petri dish lid, completing the opening process.

4.Move the handheld tool below the nozzle.

5.Manually control the button to dispense a measured amount of liquid.

6.Move the handheld tool back to the Lidpark, the vacuum suction cup releases the lid, and the petri dish is resealed.

7.Move the handheld tool to place the filled plate stack.

8.Repeat the above steps.
